Well... if you guys couldn't tell by the title I have been feeling really stressed out lately. With school, bills, work, and my kids driving me crazy it seems that I have had no time for myself. I think school has been the toughest thing for me to deal with recently. It seems like this term I am lacking motivation and I'm not as focused as I have been. I've been procrastinating a lot which doesn't fit my personality at all and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?
Do some research. Find something new and startling about your topic. Write about it. Finish your draft before the weekend. Then do something fun over the weekend.

ReplyDeleteI can totally relate to you post! I have been letting a lot of stress get to me lately. My parents have been battling some health problems, I am a stay at home mom to two very young children, one of which has a learning delay, and I have school to top it all off!!! It can really get to me sometimes! However, my husband constantly reminds me why I decided to go back to school and who I am doing it for, and that is for my family :-) They are my motivation. It may help if you just keep in mind why you made the decision to go to school and the one's you are doing it for, hopefully that will keep you going :-) Good luck, and don't let the stress get to ya (easier said than done, I know!) but we can do this!
